Draft at brewpub. Pours black with an inch of white foam that leaves a lot of lacing. Big chocolate and coffee notes on the nose. Slightly silky mouthfeel that coats the mouth. I’m getting more coffee notes on the tongue than anything else. A bit of dryness on the tongue. Nice!

Tap @ terminal brewhouse - pours dark red with a finger of tan head. Aroma is big, chocolate and mocha. Taste is a balanced bitter sweet, finishes dry. Overall, solid stout.

Sample from brewpub. Pours dark brown with tan head. Aromas of chocolate, roasted malts, and some oat. Flavors chocolate, oat, and roasted malts. Nice creamy mouthfeel. Solid.

Thick black color with off wgite lacing. Nose reminds me of coffee and breakfast. Slightly thin palate with nice coffee notes. A great cold weather beer.

One of thee best stouts I’ve tasted on tap. This is a favorite of mine brewed right here in my town of Chattanooga. Keep up the great work!

Draft. Pours near black with a beige head. Roasted malty aroma with some nutty sweetness and coffee. A touch thin, with roasted malts and coffee, light chocolate sweetness, and a bitter roasted finish. Pretty good.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours very dark with a small light tan head. Aroma was lots of roasted malt, some bittersweet chocolate. Flavor was that plus some mild nuttiness and some coffee. Long bittersweet finish. Body seemed a bit thin. Good; very drinkable. Not very complex.

On tap at the Terminal Brewhouse. Pours nearly black with a small tan head. The aroma is coffee, roasted malts and bitter chocolate. The flavor is typical stout bittersweet. The palate is heavy, but a little watery. Overall, a standard stout, but not bad.
