Terminal Gravity ESG is an American Golden Ale. Light and refreshing but also complex, with a crispness from flaked rye and a hint of peat smoke. Subtle hops from the Rhine and Yakima river valleys do not overwhelm.

Had this beer last night on tap. The appearance was cloudy light yellow. Didnít seem to have much aroma and the taste was ok, but not really memorable in any way. Decent beer, but kind of average in taste.

Hazy straw colour. Mainly a wonderbread aroma. Fairly light pale malt character with light bitterness and not much else. Ah, yes, summer is here.

Pours lovely straw color, great caronation lines running up from the base of pint. Itís as a Golden with a touch of bitterness and thatís just what did the trick for me on a warm afternoon. Easy drinking and doesnít leave your mouth dry nor coated. Nothing stands out as overwhelming about this brew, but thatís exactly what i wanted from it. Clean, easy but still damn tasty.

Hazy gold body and light, fruity nose; some lemony hops over a biscuity, herbal base flavor; nice bitter finish and modertae body. Not alot to this, but itís not too bad.

Not terribly imprressive on the nose, smells of fruit and some light toffee. Flavor is sharp and bitter, and follows through with the fruit in the aftertaste. Pretty mellow and light but drinkable, more like a golden ale.

Gold with a slight haze and a filmy head. Rich fruity hops with caramel malts. Bitter hop flavors with orange and mango fruits. Caramel malts back. Nice balance with a smooth, bitter finish.

On tap@ Corbett Street Fish House, Portland OR. An elusive beer to pin down. Looks a light amber/gold color but has a rather round and full body. A lighter grapefruit hopping. The finish is slight bitters with an herbal taste. I could drink many of these.

Tap at Rose and Raindrop. Light amber in color, clear. Dense white head is long-lived and leaves dense lacing behind. Aroma is a bit bland. Slight malt, herbal (oregano?) notes. Medium bodied, very creamy mouthfeel. Decently malty with a fair floral hop balance. Appearance and palate carry this in my opinion.

On tap at the Rose and Raindrop. Pours a lightly cloudy orange/golden with a small white head. Crisp citrus hops are dominant in the aroma. Very well balanced with fruity light malts and a crisp hop finish make for a nice sunny day brew.
