smell of some citrus, some grain, and some wheat.
taste is nutty, some citrus, some pepper, and some caramel, ends oily with just a tad bit of bitterness.

Jul 8, 2009 Hazy soft yellow, small white head. Little honeydew, little sawdusty aroma. Very ’golden’. Some grapefruit and black pepper, like a breakfast gone wrong. Maybe Brits would like this, but I want my bitters to have some bite. Where’s the hops? I can see the commercials now. Earthy base throughout.

Jun 2, 2008 12 oz bottle from New Seasons - Poured yellow. Smells a bit like a macrobrew; PBR? Tastes better, though. Nice balance. Good summer beer.

Aug 5, 2006 Hazy straw colour. Mainly a wonderbread aroma. Fairly light pale malt character with light bitterness and not much else. Ah, yes, summer is here.

Sep 8, 2006 Had this beer last night on tap. The appearance was cloudy light yellow. Didn’t seem to have much aroma and the taste was ok, but not really memorable in any way. Decent beer, but kind of average in taste.

Sep 6, 2008 Pours pale gold with a very small quickly receding white head. The aroma is grain and malt. Light body, mild carbonation, and clean tart grapefruit. The bitterness is astringent and lingers on to the finish with a light sweetness that creeps in and is a nice balance with the tartness.

Jul 17, 2009 Lightly fruity hop aroma citrus, orange, and some softer apricot maybe. Light sweetness. Pours hazy golden yellow. Light malty sweetness up front and a soft fruity bitterness in the finish. Easy to drink, not interesting. Nothing really wrong with it either.
