Commercial Description:
Pale copper in color, but big in body and flavor with a heady hop character. The IPA uses spring water and snow melt from high in the Eagle Cap Wilderness. Terminal Gravity used over 50% Marris Otter pale ale malt imported from the British Isles for a traditional British flavor. It adds several other malts from the Northwest and Europe. TG IPA has over 2 pounds of hops per barrel, finishing with British Fuggles for that classic aroma.

Bottle. Great beer. Poured an amber orange color with a decent two finger white head. Left lacing on the side of the glass as it wenta along. Aroma was pine, hops, and citrus. Flavor exploded on the palate. Very great beer and company. Would drink again.

Bottle from Scrizzz (Thanks!) Hazy golden orange pour, a little carbonation and a good rich aroma of vanilla and bitter citrus. Flavor starts light orange, then some piney hops and finishes with a lingering (and interesting) sweet grapefruit. Really like this one, very unique!

Bottle trade from Scrizz, thanks buddy. Pours a hazy amber with a thin off white head. The head is frothy and mostly lasting. Produces spotty lacing. Has a good clean hoppy aroma. I get spruce, floral, and citrus. Has a pretty good carbonation. The flavor is real good. Plenty of bitterness, and just a touch of malts to balance the hoppiness. Has a resiny texture. A medium body. A super finish with a great aftertaste. This is all an IPA should be and more.

Pint at Sixth St Bistro in Hood River - Aroma is very malty with a slight hop kick in the finish. Flavor is opposite than aroma and is much hoppier with pine and citrus and a touch of malt in an attempt at balance. Palate is crisp and tart. Pretty tasty stuff.

This IPA smells just like dogfishhead 90 minute. A good strong caramel hop flavor, with a nice hop finish, but none of the hops are the bittering killers, so it has a quite nice flavor.

Bottle thanks to Scrizz. Pours a dark coppery color with little head. Nose is of tea,(presumably the english hops) some pine, and some floral presence. Decent mix of malt and hops...not overpowering and reasonably good. Some earth, light tobacco, a bit of pine. Smooth drinker with a moderate carbonation and light bitter in the finish.

12 oz bottle, thanks to bret27. Poured golden amber with medium white head. Fuggles hops were the overriding aroma, giving it an earthy, dirty taste. Dry finish, good English IPA.

Pours a nice amber with a one finger off white head. Drank out of a shaker glass which probably didn’t help highlight the aroma as I couldn’t detect much other than some hoppy citrus notes. Average carbonation and mouthfeel. More in the english style that west coast...more balance between hops & malts. Some hops bitterness with toasty notes. Overall not bad, just not my favorite. Would buy again for something different.
