Commercial Description:
Pale copper in color, but big in body and flavor with a heady hop character. The IPA uses spring water and snow melt from high in the Eagle Cap Wilderness. Terminal Gravity used over 50% Marris Otter pale ale malt imported from the British Isles for a traditional British flavor. It adds several other malts from the Northwest and Europe. TG IPA has over 2 pounds of hops per barrel, finishing with British Fuggles for that classic aroma.

Dark & cloudy amber with medium white head. Earthy aroma with floral hops and dark-grainy malts - almost a hint of mushed greed peas thrown in. Taste has some nice Brit-style hop bitterness thrown in to mix with an earthier malt taste. Nice English-style IPA.

Bottle via trade with kenb. Pours cloudy amber with light particles, average off-white head, mostly lasting. Aroma is average malt (hay, straw), average hops (grass), harsh yeast (barnyard, leaves) with notes of cardboard and dirt. Medium bodied, slick texture, soft carbonation and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetenss, moderate acidity and bitterness; quite dirty flavor, almost like licking the ground. Oxidized?

12 oz. bottle via trade with kenb - Pours an amber color with a two finger thick off white head. Nice lacing. Has a pungent grassy, noble hop aroma. Has a toasted malt and grassy hop flavor. Medium body. A nice, easy drinking English style IPA. Thanks Ken.

Bottle. Cloudy amber colour with a fine and nice head. Very nice aroma of heavy caramel and heavy doses of hops, just great. Flavour of caramel with a lot of hops and ends up quite bitter and nice.

Bottle via trade with kenb. Pours a hazy amber color with a brown tint to it, medium sized rocky white head, decent lacing. Aroma is floral hops, caramel malt. Flavor is big caramel back, pine, floral. Palate is medium bodied, mildly carbonated, smooth, slightly bitter finish. Pretty good stuff.
