Apr 22, 2005 Huge rocky head on a brownish/gold body. Subdued nose--some citric hops, slightly sweet, somewhat roasty. Thinnish flavor--some coffee notes, slightly metallic, with fairly bitter, citric hops.

Apr 15, 2005 clear copper pour, with a fluffy white head. aroma is sweet, with caramel, hops. flavor is piney, with a little bit of earthy/roasty undertones, which makes this ipa have character. finishes mildly bitter. full mouthfeel for an ipa. a very good one!

Apr 7, 2005 Foamy off-white head, slightly hazy orange body. Dominating hop aroma with some sweet toffee hints. Bitter hoppy and slightly earthy flavor and a dry end.

Apr 5, 2005 Citrus and too bitter. Could not finish my sample. Hop aroma, nothing else. Where’s my malt? Medium bodied. Wood, grass, I don’t know what other particles, bad herbal tea. In fact, took a tea to clean the palate after this one.

Apr 5, 2005 Copper color, beige head. Floral hop aroma, pleasant and inviting. However what you end up getting invited to is one dimentional, very dry, and astringent. I’ll manage to get by without it again.

Apr 3, 2005 Sampled at Radekfest - Thanks! Big hop nose - herbal and green. This is a bit watery and could use more malt to back up the hops.
