COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A blond summer ale whose name refers to the use of elderflowers in its production - the flowers are always planted in little terracotta pots. Although, it could also refer to our infamous concert hall in Bruges: the terracotta roof tiles are always falling off that... The beer has a fruity blossomy fragrance and a slightly acidic cider-like component to the taste.

Bottle. Hazy golden with a fine white head. Aroma of citrus, aplle and fruit. Flavour is slightly acidic with apples and citrus. A little dry with a hint of dirt.

Bottle. Medium high white fluffy and quickly disappearing head. Hazy light yellow body. A bit sharp aroma of lemon and alcohol. Heavily carbonated lemon flavor, astonishing watery for such a strong beer. Short bitter aftertaste.

Bottle. Hazy golden colour with a weak head. Ugly aroma of yeast and citrus. Flavour of yeast and citrus but most yeast-like.

Bottle, 33 cl. Yellow-gold with quick fading white head. Aroma yeast, citrus fruits and little spices. Medium body. Taste is bitter, hops, spicy but refreshing . Aftertaste is bitterness and spicy.

Bottle. Small frothy white head that mostly diminished. Cloudy orange color. Aroma of cookie, caramel, grain, citrus, peach or apricot and other fruity notes. Medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Moderated sweet flavor with light bitter and acidic notes. Fruity sweet finish.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is bigtime yeast as well as some sourness. Flavour is lovely yeasty along with grass, malts, some sour fruits and a bit of hay. Totally sourish and dry.

(Bottle 33 cl) Hazy, pale golden - this actually looks mostly like a Belgian Wit - with a white head. Fresh and lightly citrusy nose. Medium body with fairly tart citrus notes and a dry and lightly astringent grapefruitish finish. Sort of an Imperial Wit? 080707

From 33 cL bottle. Pours pale and hazy yellow with almost no head. Aroma is mild malty and vaguely citric fruity. Light creamy mouthfeel. Slight citric and floral flavour. Very mildly spiced, dry and slight hoppy. I didn’t really sense much elderflowers (some chili spiced food may be the reason for this...). Decent brew.
