Cask at ACAT (from older notes) - Pours brown with small tan head. Aroma is big on the cinnamon and vanilla and some sweet malts. Tast is big cinnamon (which I normally don’t like), but well integrated into the overall beer. Smooth finish with not much carbonation.

Hazy brown pour with tight tan head and lace. Aroma of cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg. Flavor is vanilla, cinnamon like bitter. Sweet malt with a good smooth finish.

Cask at ACAT. Pours a clear deep reddish brown with a yellowish brown head that dissipates to the edges. A lot of cinnamon on the nose with strong maple syrup and a hint of roasted malts. Flavor is again heavy on the cinnamon with a decent amount of maple and just a touch of vanilla and underlying grain.
