COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Like your favorite breakfast treat and a great cup of coffee, Cinnamon Roll’d Wake-n-Bake hits on all cylinders. Starting with a delicious coffee aroma, a touch of Cinnamon gives way to a sugary sweet icing flavor as a buttery nuttiness fills out the last drop of this breakfast in a glass.

Draft at Fermentation. Black pour with a thick tan head. Aroma of cinnamon, vanilla, sugary icing, coffee and chocolate. Flavor is similar with a thick chewy malt profile and nuttiness with a spicy cinnamon ending. Rich body and mild carbonation. Great beer on a chilly night.

Draft @ WF Charlottesville. Deep brown pour with a tight oily tan head. The nose is mellow roasted espresso. Earthy cinnamon. Hints of sweet milk chocolate and vanilla. Nice dry body. Charred grain and slightly peppery cinnamon. Oily toffee dessert. Full, rich and oily. Soft carbonation. Overall, better than I was expecting. Nice.

UPDATED: JAN 28, 2014 (On Tap at city tap House in DC) dark brown, no head. Aroma of coffee, brown sugar, some cinnamon and even oatmeal. Cinnamon evident in the flavor especially in the finish; nice coffee flavor, vanilla. Full body, sticky feel, soft.

Bottle shared by Jeff (once we got it open). Aroma is dark roast coffee. The Jittery Joes is still present. A hint of cinnamon, chocolate, and malt. Pours deep brown and kind of thin with slight white lacing. Taste is dark coffee, cinnamon, and a nice malt. Mouthfeel is surprisingly thin and unsatisfying. It tastes like they added cinnamon and water. Ultimately tasty but feels cheap.

Draft at Whole Foods Charlottesville. Pours a dark brown color with a thin frothy brown head. Good head retention. Aroma of cinnamon, vanilla, chocolate, sweet roasted malts, mild hops and dark fruit. The taste is cocoa, cinnamon, coffee, roast, dark fruits, vanilla. Medium bodied, low carbonation. Damn good beer.

UPDATED: JAN 20, 2014 Beige caramel head on a sea of jet black. Beautiful lacing. Faint aroma of cinnamon, but the coffee is very masked compared to normal W-n-B. Huge cinnamon on the first sip. Slight booziness on the back end. Smooth, full body. Can?t wait to try it with some age on it.

I'm thinking that Ale & Witch has a problem with their taps. Everything tastes like metal. Decent cinnamon aroma but the flavor is destroyed by the metallic taste from their taps. The coffee comes thru but can't taste any cinnamon.

Not getting much cinnamon from this one, still pretty decent though. I'll try it again after aging a bottle. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Finally found this on draft at Augustine’s. Pours nearly black with big dark tan head. Scent is Cinnabon mixed with coffee. Flavor is sweet with earthy roasted back end. Believe the hype. Draft - Augustine’s - Atlanta, GA
