COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Like your favorite breakfast treat and a great cup of coffee, Cinnamon Roll’d Wake-n-Bake hits on all cylinders. Starting with a delicious coffee aroma, a touch of Cinnamon gives way to a sugary sweet icing flavor as a buttery nuttiness fills out the last drop of this breakfast in a glass.

Pours pitch black, creamy brown head, and a little alcohol lacing. Tooons of nice roasted coffee up front on the nose, vanilla bean, caramel, dark earthy chocolate, and a subtle hint of cinnamon. Much more of the cinnamon on the taste, it’s kind of a caramelized cinnamon and sugar flavor, nice buttery vanilla flavors, a good oatmeal flavor, a little chocolate, and a great coffee finish. Great beer, though I wish the cinnamon had been a bit more potent. It felt a little weak next to the huge coffee notes.

2/21/15. 22oz bottle, Grand Tasting, RBWG Tampa. Black pour with a nice tan head. Good but disappointing aroma - coffee, chocolate, not much different than regular WnB. Better flavor, chocolate, coffee, malty, cinnamon and vanilla jumping through. Tasty.

Bomber: Vintage 2013: Served in a shaker at 13 degrees Celsius: Black beer with a thin and quick disappearing beige light brown head. Light roast, light bay leaf, light chocolate, maybe a tint of cinnamon... Watery flavours of roast, dark chocolate, malt roast, wood roast, light coffee, hint of the dark liquorce tones, bitters and some herbal roast. Aftertaste is bitter, roast, light spice, some dark chocolate and wood roast. Low carbo, watery mouthfeel, just a bit more than medium bodied. Not what I expected, bummer! But for such and impy quite an easy drinker.

Bottle shared during the RBWG 2015 Grand Tasting. Pours rich brown-black with a creamy tan head. Very, very nice. Lots of tasty coffee and cocoa. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Balanced finish with more rich coffee, chocolate, touches of cinnamon. Great balance and depth. I love it.

Excellent looking: dark red-brown with a durable ring on top. The aroma is not as great as the name suggests but this is due in part to judicious use of spicing that eventually produces a more balanced flavor. The light cinnamon blends more harmoniously with the coffee. O: worth seeking out.

Real pretty deep chocolate brown with brandy-like lacing. Nose was spices, coffee, and a little pumpernickel. Taste was restrained coffee, bready malts, toffee, caramel, and baker’s chocolate (saw this in prior review - spot on). Light mouthfeel - but taste lingers like a nice acidic coffee. Definitely more balanced than a cinnamon roll stout sounds.
