Like your favorite breakfast treat and a great cup of coffee, Cinnamon Rollíd Wake-n-Bake hits on all cylinders. Starting with a delicious coffee aroma, a touch of Cinnamon gives way to a sugary sweet icing flavor as a buttery nuttiness fills out the last drop of this breakfast in a glass.

Pours pitch black, creamy brown head, and a little alcohol lacing. Tooons of nice roasted coffee up front on the nose, vanilla bean, caramel, dark earthy chocolate, and a subtle hint of cinnamon. Much more of the cinnamon on the taste, itís kind of a caramelized cinnamon and sugar flavor, nice buttery vanilla flavors, a good oatmeal flavor, a little chocolate, and a great coffee finish. Great beer, though I wish the cinnamon had been a bit more potent. It felt a little weak next to the huge coffee notes.

Poured a dark brown with a tan head. Aroma was big cinnamon, green pepper and roast. Flavor similar, cinnamon forward for sure, no green pepper in the taste but rather dark coffee. A little thin and mute overall.

22 oz bottle from Hoboken Vine, 1/23/16. Snow storm means sitting around, might as well make it beer time! It pours a dark brown color with a brown head and lighter lacing. Aroma of chocolate and coffee. Cinnamon is light, but present, almost a Mexican style cinnamon, like they dipped a churo in it for a few minutes or something. Medium-full bodied. Finishes almost burnt on the mouth. Interesting, but I would have liked a bit more cinnamon roll flavor to come through considering the name.

Pours a dark mahogany brown with fluffy tan head. Aromas of dark malts, tobacco, chocolate, and a hint of cinnamon. Flavors of bitter chocolate, coffee, and some cinnamon if you strain for it.

Bottle shared at gregwilsonstlís tasting. It poured a dark brown color with a brown head. The aroma was of coffee, roasted malts and a touch of cinnamon. The taste was similar to the aroma with cinnamon rolls, dark grains and a hint of coffee. Tasty.

Stocky and sweet with slightly ashy coffee. The cinnamon is present in the aroma. Not exactly cinnamon rolls, but good.

black with a thick, tan head; great coffee aroma; didnít notice the cinnamon much at all in the aroma, but it really comes through in the flavor - not just cinnamon, but the whole roll - bready, roasted malts and even the icing; lots of coffee notes as well; like a liquid breakfast; fairly bitter; not at all sweet; dry, bitter finish; a really great melding of flavorsand a very enjoyable beer

The beer pours dark brown with a light tan head. The aroma has smooth roast, some sweetness, chocolate and peppers. The beer has a smooth body with soft carbonation. The flavor starts with chocolate, mild sweetness and just a hint of cinnamon. The finish has more spices. Very nice.

22 oz. bottle. It pours a dark brown/black color with a medium light brown head. The aroma is very strong with cinnamon and black coffee. Heavy roasted malt and some lighter notes of caramel and biscuit, but this is really all about the cinnamon and coffee. The flavor is also intense with lots of cinnamon and roasted coffee. Surprisingly, itís really not too sweet with strong roast in the finish and very creamy body. Not much acidity, thankfully and the cinnamon blends well with the coffee. Really enjoyable.
