2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 savitska (163) - Smyrna, USA - OCT 8, 2004
This beer looked great, smelled great and was even refreshingly lingering, but it still didn’t live up to my expectations. Maybe the cream ale style is just too mild for my tastes. Still a very thirst-quenching beer that was MILES ahead of the other fair (Bud Light, Miller) at Rocky Mountain Pizza.

Pretty bad overall. I can’t believe they have not replaced this with anything else. A well made lager would fit this beers spot and be much better. Banana notes, reminiscent of a hefe.

12 oz bottle to shaker. Pours golden with thin white head. Weak grain and hay. Pretty plain, except has a slight metal after taste. First and last six of this.

12 oz pour with a golden color with a medium white head. Aromas of hay and not much else. A basic hot weather beer.
2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 11/20 GTAEgeek (433) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - MAY 3, 2011
12 oz. bottle. Pours a light gold color with a thin off-white head that disappears quickly and leaves no lacing. The aroma is caramel, apples, apricots, and oats. The flavor is crisp fructose sweetness, with a smooth, faint bitter finish. The palate is light, very astringent and acidic, and sticky. Overall, very drinkable and tasty, but the palate is unpleasant.

Just a creamy English almost style ale. Not my cup of tea but had to try. A best seller?

Shocked that the flavor isn’t more present in this Brewery’s product. I love terrapin beers and I didn’t think I would find one that I would never need to drink again but... It tasted like light pilsner/pale lager. I don’t think I’ll ever need to drink this beer again. It might be a good one to rope in customers that are unsure whether they should switch from m*ll*r or b*d w*ss*r. Still love terrapin though!

12 oz. bottle from emacgee- thanks again, Ethan! Pours a dull, mostly clear yellow-gold color with a small eggshell white head that settles into a small ring. Aroma of corny grains, pale and sweet malts, straw and grass, and sugar. Flavor of sweet and pale malts, straw, grassy hops, sugar, and a little bit of red apple. Light-bodied, with moderate to medium carbonation and a sweet, mineral mouthfeel. Not a bad cream ale and sure easy to drink, but this really isn’t my style.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 DavoleBomb (965) - Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 14, 2011
Poured into a pint glass.
3.5 A: Semi-hazy golden yellow color. White head starts out frothy but becomes a ring of lace very quickly.
3.5 S: Grainy and corn.
3.5 T: Sweet graininess upfront. Good balance of sweetness and bitterness. Also a touch of hop flavor.
3.5 M: Light body. Good carbonation. Surprisingly creamy.
3.5 D: Somewhat boring, but goes down well.
