Murky orange pour with a huge, frothy white head. Aroma is very strong and citrusy, with orange zest being predominant. Flavor is the same, lot of citrus - orange and grapefruit. Sweet malty middle, lingering citrus. Very fresh tasting and hop forward. This is a fantastic brew.

This "CA-style" IPA missed the mark a bit. While it’s plenty hoppy, the balance just isn’t there. I do like the fact that there are a ton of hops, smacking you in the face with the fruitiness, dryness and spiciness. However, I think the hops that were used in this beer make the flavors too fruity, a little on the sweet side and maybe even a little sour. The pour was great, with a light golden color and a thick off-white head. But the flavors just left a bit to be desired.

Citrus aroma and flavors are a pronounced lemon. Medium bodied with fluffy white cap head and body. Captures the passion of a West Coast IPA as best as a Georgia brewery can.

A good offering from Terrapin. Can. Aroma is solid tangerine and grapefruit. Piney herbal notes play around with the citrus aromas. Flavor is medium bitter with a nice pine and citrus explosion. Light hints of caramel malt creep in but it’s more hop forward although not a hop explosion either, if that makes sense. Pretty nice on a hot day.

A golden color with a white head. The aroma contains some lemons, pine, and grapefruit. The flavor is bitter and rather dry with a large amount of lemons coming through. Not much maltiness to speak of this beer. Overall while being somewhat one dimensional this is still a pretty good IPA.

12 ounce can from Beer Run, opened 6/3/14. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a large foamy off-white head. Good head retention. Aroma of pithy citrus, mild pine and tropical notes, mild pale malt. The taste is citrus hops, some pine, pith and tropical notes. Medium bodied, slight lingering bitterness, moderate carbonation.

Lots of volatiles in the aroma. ..that said, I didn’t like it. The nose reminded me of antibiotics. Clear gold, festive can, small head. Mineral. Smooth, not super hoppy or malty, clean. Medium body. Sessionable. Thanks to Byron and Larry at Proof Production Facility.

This is a really good IPA. Not overly hopped, but you definitely smell and taste them.

Clear yellow pour with ample white fading head. Sweet tropical fruits and wonderful earthy piney bitterness. Perfect balance. This is one hell of a brew. And its from a can. Fantastic and not overly bitter.
