Good IPA with a classic taste, a little fruity. However the finish is quite weak, with only a slight bitter taste and nothing else. This is a good beer and smooth, but Iíll go for a bolder IPA next time.

(Bottle). Hop and floral aroma. Clear light amber complexion with thin head and lacing. Fairly clean flavor with piney hops. Very smooth and dangerously sessionable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Enjoyable. Strong piney and floral hop aroma. Average orange-amber color with a white fizzy head. Nice mouthfeel of average weight that coats the mouth. High carbonation matches the bitterness well. Harsh bitterness up front that lingers with a slight pale malt sweetness on the finish. Not as balanced as I had hoped but good nonetheless.

Great IPA, floral and piney notes and a great after taste. One of my favorite beers. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a nice golden amber. You get a burst of hop right up front on the palette and nose. Taste lingers on with a dry epervecents of pine and citrus. Not a bad IPA.

Part of a 6-pack of IPAs. Nice slightly cloudy golden brown. Malt and citrus, creamy, carbonation on the way down.

Terrapin Hopsecutioner has a thin, white head, a brilliant, somewhat bubbly, orange appearance, and a bit of lacing left on the sides of the glass. The aroma is of bread and an unusual, and hard-to-place citrus rind. Taste is also odd- sweet bread and an even peppery citrus aspect going on, here. The bitterness is there, but Iíd never guess 71 IBU. Mouthfeel is light-medium and a bit slick, and Terrapin Hopsecutioner finishes mostly dry and fairly smooth. No alcohol is detected. Overall, I would recommend getting a hold of this oddity. RJT

A little past its prime, but still tasty. Malts are a bit too prominent because of it.
