3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 drowland (4998) - Jacksonville, Florida, USA - MAR 28, 2010
On tap in a pint glass. The pour is orange-amber with a creamy white head. The aroma is straight up hops, lots of citrus and some cat pee. The flavor is big orangey citrus and mostly hops, not too malty.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 5000 (4974) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - JAN 15, 2011
Bottle:   Amber with a fiery tinge, slight haze, large sandy head, very frothy, also nice lacing.   Combination of sweet citrus and hops on the nose.   Smells wonderful!   Again, sweet yet bitter rind and also a citrusy hop aspect on the tongue.   Very smooth, little bit of a bite towards the back.   Decent malt sweetness to balance out.   This is very pleasing.   Has a bit of dankness on the finish, some basement... or at least is a touch musty.   Minor alcoholic citrus peel and rind linger, yet its not real biting.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate to full.   Thanks to jtclockwork for the bottle!

12oz. Bottle: Pungent aroma of hops, pine, slight grapefruit, light citrus, gains, crystal malt, and hop oil. Poured amber in color with a small, off-white head that greatly diminished but lasted throughout as a film on top of the beer. Clear. Lightly sparkling. Flavor is light to medium sweet and medium bitter. Tastes of crystal malt, hops, pine, grapefruit, lychee, and some caramel. Medium body. Slightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Medium sweet, medium bitter, hop, grapefruit, lychee, and malt finish.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 Thorpe429 (4844) - , Illinois, USA - NOV 30, 2010
Pours a light copper with some orange hints. The smell is quite hoppy at the offset, with the few citrus notes being dominated by more spicy and floral hops. The taste is similar with a bit of spice again coming from the hops. Mouthfeel is fairly full-bodied for an IPA without much of a hint of alcohol. Drinkability is quite high--an intriguing brew with a rather unique hop profile, almost reminding me of Ruination light.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 TheBeerGod (4644) - Newport News, Virginia, USA - JAN 9, 2010
Bottle. Shimmering copper pour beneath a soft beige head with a delicate lacing on the glass. Aroma is strong citrus oils, orange peel, grapefruit juice, caramel, sweet malt, and spicy hops. Taste is delicious! Strong citrusy hops, spicy hops, earthy notes, orange peel, grapefruit pulp, sweet, chewy malt, caramel and light pine. Body is medium and could be a bit chewier, for my liking, but holds up well. Carbonation is lighter but creamy nonetheless. Ends with more citrus oils, orange peel, light pine, caramel, chewy malt, light stickiness and spicy hops. Very tasty and were it not for the 7.2% ABV, this would be a great session style IPA.
