Nice piney aroma initially, followed by a sweet citrus thing. Mild bitterness, more sweetness, but a light sweetness from the malts. Nice drinking IPA. (2115)

Cette superbe mousse qui s’accroche et qui décore le verre semble si imposante sur cette robe plutôt orangée et passablement voilée. D’emblée, je note que son nez est faible. Faible en notes citronnées et timides en notes florales. Les céréales maltées sont bien présentes et marquent les parfums par leur profil mielleux et biscuité. La première gorgée me confirme que cette IPA manque de définition ou de finition. J’essaie de me rabattre sur quelque chose de concret mais en vain. Tout est un peu lointain et cela est presque dommage. Sur le palais, je peux affirmer que tout est aussi normal et même ordinaire. En finale, quelque chose de déjà plus stimulant avec quelques notes de fleurs, de cèdre et de résine.

Pours a slightly hazy light orange with minimal head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is very weak but I notice a little caramel malt and citrus. Taste is citrus with a mix of pine and there is a little sweet malt evident. Medium bodied with low carbonation. This is the third time I have had this beer and once again I struggle to understand why it has such a high rating. Nothing stands out and it is an average IPA at best.

Pours a clear deep amber with a small white top. Aroma is floral and grapefruit hops with a sweet bready malt. Taste is nicely malty and well balanced with floral hops. Well done.

Vey bitter and with the now familiar to me characteristics of Terrapin. NIce brewed and not so dry.

355 ml bottle from a publix in Kissimmee Florida. Pretty typical ipa in terms of appearance, aroma, and flavour. Light on crystal malt which is a plus. Enjoyable but forgettable. FLVC2 #13

On draft at high velocity pours a milky copper. With An off white head. Subdued aromas. Probably from being too cold. I pick out caramel and a citrus rind hoppiness. Actually a moderate crisp hop bite on the tongue. An little bitter. Finish is smooth with a small bite at the end of the palate and not a bad beer

From the bottle. Smell is a malt forward with some citrus hops. Taste follows and a bit astringent and bitter. Slightly sticky mouthfeel and good carbonation.

UPDATED: APR 27, 2013 Very tasty. Floral toffee pine aroma, candy coated caramel pine honeydew toffee, floral hop finish. Excellent golden copper color and elegant lacing. Pretty sure this is same as Sierra Nevada yeast.

12oz bottle pours a clear orange with some thin, white head. Nose is pine, orange, rusty metal, earthy, dried leaves. Flavor is malty, orange, pine, cracker, metallic. Medium, spicy finish.
