{thoughts} Diversely aromatic hops with sugary malt underpinnings; bitterness has just the right touch of sawtooth aggressiveness.

{elements} Hazy caramel hue; fluffy white cream. Juicy hop aroma of grapefruit and spicy resin with other citrus accents; dulcet undertones of caramel and brown sugar. Immediate hop blast over a moderate malty sweetness, prickly middle carbonic acidity, long and lingering citrus, resin and eucalyptus finish; the bitterness has a slight, enjoyable roughness. Medium to full bodied, robust carbonation, silky texture. 12 oz bottle, best before March 2011.

BIF project. Pours golden orange with a thin off-white head. Marginal lacing. Aroma is muted citrus, pine, tropical hop. Balanced by some cracker malt. Flavor is a bit stronger than the muted aroma. Mostly citrus rind, with some tropical fruit and malt balance. Nice bitter finish. Good IPA.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a glass. Hazy light orange with medium/small white head. Aroma is grassy hops, medium body, low carbonation, and some small-bubble lacing. Taste is some grapfruit, herbal hops, some grassy hops, good malt backbone, and long slightly bitter finish. Pretty good IPA.

Admitted, you have to be a hophead to enjoy, however this is hands down the best heavy beer currently on the market - LOVE it!

12oz bottle. Orange color with a white head that stays around and laces the glass very nicely. Aroma and flavor of citrus with very balanced hops and a crisp finish.

One of the best IPAs around! It has a perfect balance between hops and smooth finish. Just the right amount of bitter aftertaste that makes IPAs such a favorite of mine. Golden orange hue for color with zero head at the top of the pint glass (due to average carbonation). Delicious beer that will be enjoyed for many years to come! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz bottle. Pours orange with tall, long lasting, fluffy white head and nice lacing. Aroma is of citrusy hops, tropical fruit and biscuit malt. Body is full and tangy. Citrusy hops, bready malt and ripe fruit fill the mouth. Finish is long, dry, and grapefruity. Delicious brew.
