3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz bottle.
Shimmering copper pour beneath a soft beige head with a delicate lacing on the glass. Aroma is strong citrus oils, orange peel, grapefruit juice, caramel, sweet malt, and spicy hops.
Taste is delicious! Strong citrusy hops, spicy hops, earthy notes, orange peel, grapefruit pulp, sweet, chewy malt, caramel and light pine. Body is medium and could be a bit chewier, for my liking, but holds up well. Carbonation is lighter but creamy nonetheless. Ends with more citrus oils, orange peel, light pine, caramel, chewy malt, light stickiness and spicy hops. Very tasty and were it not for the 7.2% ABV, this would be a great session style IPA. Very well done.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a glass. Hazy light orange with medium/small white head. Aroma is grassy hops, medium body, low carbonation, and some small-bubble lacing. Taste is some grapfruit, herbal hops, some grassy hops, good malt backbone, and long slightly bitter finish. Pretty good IPA.

Admitted, you have to be a hophead to enjoy, however this is hands down the best heavy beer currently on the market - LOVE it!

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
One of the best IPAs around! It has a perfect balance between hops and smooth finish. Just the right amount of bitter aftertaste that makes IPAs such a favorite of mine. Golden orange hue for color with zero head at the top of the pint glass (due to average carbonation). Delicious beer that will be enjoyed for many years to come!

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle at home during a visit to Jacksonville. Pours amber with a white head. Light caramel and lemon aroma with fruit cake. Caramel, lemon, pine, woody resiny stuff... It's decent, not particularly interesting though.
