RBSG07. From growler. Pours brown/amber. Aroma is nice floral and slight citric hops. Flavour is fresh fruity hops, nice orange/grape fruit note. Finish is sweet fruity hoppy bitter. Brown ale? Never mind its good.

Appearance: color is now more of a clear dark brown befitting a brown ale, thick creamy beige head leaves thick lace,
Aroma: picking up some bready quality in the aroma,
Flavor: the chocolate flavor is coming out richer as the hops are a bit more subdued,
Overall: now more of a brown ale than an india brown ale

(RBSG07, growler) Tan head atop clear brown body. Aroma is medium sweet, caramel, floral/orange, some butterscotch. Taste is medium sweet, orange/grapefruit, some floral, spicy, caramel. Light-medium body.

On tap at kp’s: Pours a transparent dark orange copper with a nicely-lacing, frothy off-white head. Aroma has a ton of fresh piny citrusy hops and good sweet dark caramel malty notes. Body starts with a good malty sweetness and fairly full body with plenty of fresh piny flavor hops. Nicely-balanced and very drinkable, although not really true to style.

Hand bottle sample acquired in trade wit jimbowood (thanks jimbo!). Poured a darker brownish/amber color with a small sized off white head. Aromas of nuts, eathy, pine, toasted malts, and caramel. Tastes of earthiness, citrus, caramel, and roast. Thinner body.
