Hangover (681), Atlanta, USA Jun 27, 2008 Dark brown-reddish pour with a nice, creamy tan head. Nice citrusy hoppy aroma, not at all in line with the appearance of this one. Medium body, lots of hops all through this one, citrus, pine. The finish is as the bottle advertises, pretty roasty. The roastiness and the big hop flavor really bitter this one out at the end. It’s pretty good. You can always count on Terrapin to come out with cool ideas for brews.
Butters (422), Temporarily in Nashville, Tennessee, USA Oct 2, 2008 Nice mahogany pour with some tan head. Aroma is malty. Hops come in the flavor. Rye bitter aftertaste is not enjoyable for me. I think I just must not care for rye too much. Papsoe (10285), Frederiksberg, Denmark Sep 28, 2008 (Bottle 35,5 cl) Pours a clear reddish brown with a creamy beige head.
