Bottle to glass. Pours a mostly clear golden color with a thin off white head. Aroma is floral, citrus, slight fleshy fruit. Hint of peach. Flavor has a mild sour well blended with a fleshy fruit sweetness. Not sure how much peach is present, but fruitful nonetheless. Tasty. Unique.

Terrapin Maggie’s Peach Farmhouse Ale is a refreshing summer brew with a peach kick. Heavy peach aroma coming from this light amber pour with a nice head. Taste is peachy with a nice malt balance and a touch of sour. Maggie’s Peach may be too fruity for some but is very well executed for what it is.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle - Sweet candy peach and funky farmhouse notes. Hazy gold with a rich white head. Sweet peach up front that leads to wheat and a nice light finish. Much better than I expected, sweet but enough going on that it isn’t boring or cloying.

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft: Strong peach aroma. Clear amber, thin head. Dry and funky, peach apparent but not as sweet as the aroma. Finishes with a kiss o fmalt. Medium body. Neat, a little too dry but enjoyable.
Earlier Rating: 8/22/2009 Total Score: 2.8
Draft: Clove nose, a little shitty but not as much as one would expect for the style. Opaque golden with a thin white head. Flavor of pears and nutmeg, little intensity. Watery mouthfeel, with a babyfood and oat finish. Underwhelming, but a good way to introduce someone to the style without turning them off.
