Pours a dark brown with small dark tan head and diminishes to a ring rather quickly. Aroma is dark chocolate vanilla and a strange chlorine. Tastes very astringent with faint note of chocolate and vanilla extract. Beer had a great mouthfeel but flavor seemed to be rather lacking...its no wake ’n back...

Draft at The Answer The stout a deep black color with no head and lacing. Maybe a brown collar on the glass. The nose detects roasted malt, and chocolate. This stout had a medium body with soft carbonation. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, and chocolate. This is smooth stout that actually got better when it got warmer. A quiet dryness finishes off the muted swallow.

Bottle to beer tulip. Really dark pour with a big beige head. Aroma is chocolate milk and sweetness. Taste is mostly chocolate milk with a bit of coffee and vanilla coming out. The finish disappears quickly though. Overall, a very nice chocolate milk stout. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A deep dark stout with a thick dark collapsing brown head. In aroma, nice biscuit vanilla chocolate with fruity esters, light Nestlé quick, beautiful. In mouth, a sweet fruity chocolate malt with light coffee, vanilla extract, subdued but still pleasant.

"chocolate was definitely the main player in this brew, and it was done very, very well. very smooth on the palate, aroma of malted and milk chocolate, bordering on decadent. probably a pretty good stout underneath, but hard to say. not a ton of complexity, but i REALLY didn’t care. Well crafted and delicious. Thanks again, Lou..this was a treat."
