Bottle. The pour was a deep dark black with an average sized (1-2 finger) light brown creamy head that dissipated quickly leaving just a little residue around the edges of the glass, which produced some fair lacing. The aroma was of a roasted chocolate malt and a sweet moldy yeast with notes of milk chocolate, coffee, a bit of toffee and lactose sugar. The taste was malty sweet with notes of milk chocolate and toffee from the onset with the finish having a coffee and cream flavor to it. The flavor lasted an average amount of time after the swallow with a nice milky creaminess left at the end. Mouthfeel was just a bit under full in body with the texture being smooth and creamy and having a subtly soft carbonation. Overall a silky sweet creamy brew that sits extremely well on the taste buds. .

12 oz bottle. (Systembolaget) Stockholm, Sweden.
Pitch black color with a small light tan head. Cacao, chocolate, nougat, sweetness, marmalade, sweetness and roasted malt in the aroma. Yummy! The flavor is roasted malt, vanilla sweetness, darkish chocolate, nougat and mild bitterness. Balanced and tasty.

12 ounce can poured into a brandy snifter. The beer is a darker brown with a khaki colored head of foam. The aroma has big sweet milk chocolate, some doughy bread notes, and hints at banana. The beer is fairly sweet , with a lot of milk chocolate character. Mouthfeel is kind of chewy with a medium level of carbonation.

I know the name is a play on Yoo-hoo, but it's more of a chocolate stout than overly sweet. The alcohol gives a nice taste on the palate. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: APR 3, 2016 Draft at the Irish Pol. Black pour with khaki foam. Galaxy of lace. Huge creamy smooth body. Cold espresso. Bakers chocolate. Vanilla beans. Modest hop bite. Does feel a bit like a "Yoo-hoo". Not overly complex but works much better than expected.
