COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pumpkin beers have been an American tradition since the pilgrims hit Plymouth Rock while Oktoberfest beers have been brewed in Germany since not long after Prince Ludwig got hitched in 1810. Now Terrapin is “carving” out our own special brew by combining these two great styles into a unique PUMPKINFEST beer...This Side Project has all the complex maltiness of a great Oktoberfest lager with the delicate spiciness of grandma’s fresh baked pumpkin pie.

Formerly Terrapin Side Project Pumpkinfest.

This is a "middle of the road" pumpkin beer for me. Not much spice, but nice subtle pumpkin. I do, however, prefer this to Oktoberfest brews.

Bottle from SL... hazy orange in color.... Nose of spices... flowers and light pumpkin notes... Taste is a dull flower, hay, spices, pumpkin. Not bad more of an Oktoberfest meets a pumpkin beer. Nice body, easy to drink. Decent pumpkin brew

12oz bottle. Pretty good effort from Terrapin - more pumpkin the pie rather than the vegetable.

It’s fine, but I’m just not crazy about pumpkin beers... Very sweet, plenty of pumpkin spice - but is it just me or do these beers end up tasting pretty metallic in flavor??

On tap at GABF 2013, cinnamon, nutmeg and pumpkin aroma, taste is a bit too spicey, light body.

Bottle. Pours a lightly hazy amber with thin off-white head. Nose of caramel, cinnamon, nutmeg and little bread. Medium to light body. Pumpkin spice is not over the top, well balanced. Pretty solid pumpkin beer, one you can have a couple of.

Pours dark amber orange with a large beige head. Smells of caramel, pumpkin, and nutmeg. Taste is caramel, pumpkin, and pie spices. Medium-bodied with a smooth texture and mild mouth-carbonation, Terrapin Pumpkinfest finishes with a mild spice kick.
