There is some nice sticky lacing left around the glass. The nose features grassy hops, earth, rye, bread, a touch of caramel malt and light citrus. The body is very drinkable and smooth. This pale ale would make for a great session beer. The body isn’t too heavy or overpowering. It’s just right for drinking and enjoying one after another. The flavors are very well-rounded and balanced, with notes of earth, pine, grapefruit, lots of floral hops, caramel malt, bread, a touch of rye and a slight hint of oranges. The finish is a little hoppy, dry and spicy, but again is balanced well with a bready and malty tone. This is definitely one enjoyable and delicious pale ale. daniele (1672), Italy

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 5, 2009 Pours a golden yellow, not much head, good lacing. The aroma is citrus hops. The flavor is weak, a little watery, some maltiness, leaves a little bite on the tongue. Now I’m looking forward to the squared. This is not bad, just weak.
