COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We Consider this an extreme version of an American Pale Ale. It has a very up front floral and citrus aroma from a late cascade addition and dry hopping with Amarillo. This beer also has a big malt background to balance the bitterness of the hops. The rye malt cleans up your palette after you swallow so the hop flavor does not stick in your mouth too long.
Now available in bottles.

Clear orange-copper with a small white head that lasts and leaves lots of thick lacing. The aroma is a pleasant blend of caramel malt, citrusy hops, and rye. The flavor is a mix of sweet to bitter with malt and citrus first, then bitterness and rye. Delicious.

Pours straw yellow with a nice pillowy white top. Aroma is pine hop with a small rye spice. Taste is light bitterness from the pine and floral hops but well balanced sweet malt and a small rye spice.

UPDATED: MAY 11, 2013 355 ml bottle from a publix store in Kissimmee Florida. I think this is a very good American pale ale and I’m far to drunk to futhur evaluate. FLVC2 #23. Reflecting a day later this was nice tight and dry. Well hopped, would make a great sessioner.

A very good example of a perfectly balanced rye pale ale. Peppery notes from the rye as well as a creamy mouthfeel. Would be good on a real hot day.

Pours a nice golden orange. Not much in the way of aroma but there is a hint of rye and some citrus. Decent refreshing beer all around.
