Serving: 22 oz. bottle from State Line Liquors. It pours black with a nice dark khaki head. The nose is a mix of milk chocolate and cocoa powder. The flavor is mostly chocolate as you would imagine. There is a nice sweet creaminess on the tongue. Not too thick making it on the drinkable side and not just a dessert beer. Nicely done.

Dos Cocoas is back like cooked crack (See; Juelz Santana). Missed this brew the first go around. Glad to have a second sip at the pint. Pours dark with tan head. Chocolate flavors layer well over the general roasted character of the Porter. A little thin for Porter, but overall a damn good beer. Bottle - Greenís Beer & Wine - Atlanta, GA

For low gravity it is amazing perfect chocolate sweet aroma. Light on mouthfeel due to abv. Chocolate clouded by carbonation. Still impressive. Lasting head.

Black pour. Slim tan head. Not much lacing. Big aroma of Tootsie Roll (tm). Chocolatey. Taste is a nice chocolate and porter base. Thin, but tasty. Sweet finish. Pretty good.

Pours black with a brown head and aroma of cream and cocoa. Taste is creamy and sweet, lots of cocoa, milk chocolate, light vanilla and roasted malt with a creamy, dry, roasted finish.

On tap at Laser Wolf, Ft Lauderdale, pours a dark deep chocolate color with a small head. Nose is sweet with pleasant chocolate. Taste falls short on flavor, mild chocolate with mild sweetness. Finish is dry and short. Another highly anticipated Side Project disappointment from Terrapin. Quaff Score 6 / 10

Up front has the taste of dark chocolate and milk. Does not last long on the palate but is not necessarily a bad thing. Very drinkable for being a chocolate porter.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Aroma: Chocolate milk, cocoa powder
Appearance: Opaque black with creamy khaki head.
Taste: Luscious semi-sweet chocolate, nut, cocoa powder
Palate: Filling mouthfeel with medium body. Smooth, creamy, slightly bitter, semi-sweet chocolate finish. After a few sips the body is a bit thinner than it looks.
Overall: This is quite tasty. Very chocolate forward, although not in the ST chocolat territory in terms of the intensity.

Pours a very dark reddish brown with a small bubbly tan head. Light coffee notes on the nose, good bit of milk chocolate and cocoa, and lots of toasted malt. Nice roasty taste, milky chocolate, somewhat hoppy, and nice roasted light coffee flavor. Great chocolate flavor, but I would have liked to have tasted some more coffee though.
