$1.95 bottle from Wine Warehouse, CHO. Pours black with a tan head. Smells of peanut butter, chocolate, and caramel. Tastes like a peanut butter cup! Not very sweet. It’s good - better than others I’ve tried. Make it a bit sweeter and it’s a winner!

From notes. Tasted on 10/21/12 from a capped 22oz bottle. Pours dark brown with an average tan head that slowly recedes to sticky, thick lace. This beer is impressively just as advertised, tons of dry, roasted peanut along with both milk and dark chocolate. The flavor starts off with some milk chocolate sweetness, moves to roasted peanuts, and finishes with some dark chocolate, roasted bitterness. The body is just under full with pretty lively carbonation and a long peanut butter and bitter dark chocolate finish.

Pours a slightly hazy dark brown with tan head. Chocolate and peanut butter on the nose, dominates it; follows onto the palate. Finishes with some roasted character and more chocolate.

(bottle - 12 oz) Dark brown pour with a thick tan head. Chocolate and light peanut butter in the aroma. Not too overpowering. Light cocoa flavor at the start with a very mild peanut butter oil coming up at the end. More chocolate than peanut butter but pretty good.

Tap at Brewers Pizza. Very dark pour with mahogany highlights. Rich peanut butter aroma with chocolate. Smooth palate. This is yummy!

Some peanuty dryness, lots of milky chocoalte. Body is defintiely mroe of a porter than a stout, smooth and easy drinking, flavor is not overly roasty. Pretty good but needs to warm up a lo before you can really appreciate the peanut flavor, which otherwise only arrives in the smell.

Interesting dark brown pour with virtually no head or carbonation. The body is wine like with an understated chocolate, roast & peanut flavor. This is one of those beers that starts to shine as it warms in the glass and should not be served too cold. A good, unique & flavorful out of the ordinary beer but not necessarily something I would seek out again. Enjoyable & well made but I don’t feel like I’ve had a beer.
