Wow. I’m not gonna be nit picky like the rest, this beer is flat out amazing. It’s a hard idea to make into an actually tasty reality, and terrapin nailed it. Chocolate porter notes with slight subtle peanuts on the nose. Straight reeces peanut butter cups taste-wise, without being to rich or sweet. I agree it could maybe be creamier but overall they did a fantastic job with this beer. Called one of my local stores to hold back what I could.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Aroma caramel, chocolate, nuts,
Appearance brown, tan foam,
Taste light sweetness, lightly bitter,
Palate medium body, lively,
Overall a little on the thin side with a hint of fake peanut butter. Not my style of beer but glad I tried it. I would suggest this beer to a friend who is looking for something different.

A very nice chocolate peanut butter porter. Not too sweet and slightly bitter. Flavor hits towards the end.

12 oz. Peanut butter. Touch of chocolate. Like 80% peanut butter. 20% chocolate. Kinda thin. Not bad. But not the biggest peanut butter beer fan.

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle thanks to Honer321. The peanut character is more prominent in the aroma. The roasted malts are chocolaty, there is a sweetness that reminds me of chocolate milk.

Draft at Yard House, in shaker. Slight ring of foam, peanut butter nose. Sweetish edge to the chocolate malt taste, not cloying. Lingering, moderately bitter finish. Not a great porter but a decent beer.

Bottle - Pours dark (some red highlights) with a small, bubbly head. Strong peanut butter aroma with chocolate. Interesting flavors, but more like a porter than sweet. The aromas are sweeter, which is what I would prefer with this type of beer.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Appearance: pours with a small tan head, the beer is a very black color with light brown hues around the edges
Aroma: peanut butter, chocolate, light smoke,
Taste: milky chocolate, moderate sweetness on top of minimal bitterness, even a coffee bitterness is suppressed
Palate: velvety mouthfeel, soft carbonation, minimal coffee aftertaste
Overall: I think this is very well done, it's a pleasantly sweet beer without being too sweet to have a few, the peanut butter is front and center
