The aroma is sweet and chocolaty with peanut butter and chemicals. The appearance is dark brown with a small head. The taste is like the aroma with a mineral watery quality. The palate is thin. Overall this is disappointing but drinkable.

Bottle. Poured a clear dark brown color with an average frothy tan head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate toasted peanut, sweet chocolate aroma. Medium body with a dry smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium chocolate peanut sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Good brew.

Poured semi-opaque cola brown with a 1-finger tan head. Aroma is mostly of peanut butter, with some milk chocolate notes beneath. Body is medium-to-full with a moderate oiliness. The finish is long, but mild. Flavor of peanut butter, with a note of bitterness underneath from the chocolate. A note of char lingers in the finish.

nutty and grainy aroma. Taste of nuts, grain a hint of salt and some cocoa. mild in terms of flavor and palate as the abv is low. Very drinkable and pretty refreshing for the style. I love peanutbutter so I am pretty Biased

In one word: incredible! This beer does something that I never thought would work. It brings all of the deliciousness of peanut butter and chocolate to a beer in a way that is just salivating. With a smell like a Reece's Peanutbutter cup and a flavor that takes you straight back to the best PB&J sandwich that grandma ever made, this beer is a real treat! As rich and delicious as the flavors are, the most interesting thing about this beer is how drinkable it is. It's not as heavy and filling as the tongue leads you to believe. Dangerously tasty, the first sip just makes you want more and each sip becomes more delicious than the last. This is one of my top 10 all time favorite beers. A must-try!!! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Amazing beer. I love how it’s a dark beer, big body and has a nice peanut butter with chocolate taste to it. the hope go well and it is so well balanced that you can taste everything. Nothing is over power. I strongly recommend it, as you can smell the chocolate as you take the beer in.

Bottle: Much more mild on the PB aroma but it’s there. Overall, sweet beer with subtle PB notes and chocolate. Smooth finish that isn’t as funky as DuClaw’s.
