22 oz. Pours a dark brown with a thin mocha colored head. Aroma of roasted nuts and dark fruits. Very thin for a porter. Active carbonation and easy to drink. Roasted nuts and hints of chocolate. Not enough of either. Definitely a let down with this one. Nothing really distinguishing. Sweet malts and roasted nuts. Needs more of everything. A bit sticky on the lips. No complexity and no big deep tastes like expected. Where’s the Reese Cup? No real finish just gone...

Interesting dark brown pour with virtually no head or carbonation. The body is wine like with an understated chocolate, roast & peanut flavor. This is one of those beers that starts to shine as it warms in the glass and should not be served too cold. A good, unique & flavorful out of the ordinary beer but not necessarily something I would seek out again. Enjoyable & well made but I don’t feel like I’ve had a beer.

Chocolate and peanut butter for real. Not cloying or annoying. Enjoyable porter for sure. Slick, oil like mouth feel.

On the Eleventh Day of Christmas 2014 the beer gods gave to me . . . liquid desert. Pours a black color with off white foam head. Aroma of chocolate, vanilla, caramel, peanut, and earthiness, some roast. Perhaps some grapefruit deep underneath. Light sweet vanilla start with a robust earthy chocolate caramel taste with a ton of peanut and citrus on the backend. Could use a bit more body and perhaps chocolate. But I am nitpicking. Really tasty brew.

BBD 3/11/15. Pours almost black with a normal head, below normal lacing and retention. Very nice nose of peanuts and chocolate, much like a Reeses Cup. Light medium body (barely) with a somewhat smooth texture. Above normal carbonation with effervescence from the middle on. The flavor profile is a let down from the nose. It begins with a stale peanut flavor that fades into a light bitterness. As the bitterness fades in the middle, a light dark chocolate bitterness comes forth. The finish is a lingering slightly sweet flavor of roast and stale peanuts.

Pours black with a small tan quickly fading head. Aroma and Taste is of peanut butter, chocolate, dark roasty malts, some mild bitter roasted coffee flavors. Palate is medium bodied, fairly smooth with good carbonation. Finish is sweet peanut butter and chocolate notes with a good roasted coffee and dark malt bitterness for balance. The flavor of peanut butter and chocolate slowly intensifies as it warms up, but I like it. Overall a very tasty and good brew.

12 oz. refrigerated bottle. Upon pour you can smell the peanuts and chocolate with a bit of malt hints. This Porter look is of a deep coal color with a very slight tan-ish head that dissipates quickly. As you sip you can taste the peanut flavor up front with a bittersweet chocolate wash. Liquid Bliss has a real light almost flat body with a chocolate bitterness as a finish. I usually like to have my peanuts from a dish while drinking beer but with this peanut butter liquid bliss I take it served in a glass. Cheers!

Bottle from ABC Clermont. Pours a nice Porter brown with light tan head. Nose is peanut butter, peanut shells, and light chocolate. Flavor starts with some light chocolate, peanuts, peanut shells, and a drying in the finish. Light in body and interesting peanut butter twist.

It starts with a strong chocolate aroma, followed by the sweetness of chocolate with only a hint of the peanuts. A liquid candy bar?
