3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bomber. It’s been sort of a side project of mine to drink a lot of these Side Project beers lately. Most have been good. This was a little...meh.
Pours a slightly hazy straw color with a small white head.
Pretty nice aroma: hay, Belgian yeast and pepper. Not terribly much to it, but pleasant.
Flavor has pale malt and grassy notes, and is fairly yeasty and barnyardy. Good, but not remotely mistakable for a great Belgian saison.
Palate is all right, not quite as crisp and dry as I’d like, and a little boring for a style that can really excel in the mouthfeel category sometimes.
Drinkable I guess, but not a really exciting beer. This is about average for the style.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
22oz bottle thanks to Tokyogoat. Pours a lightly hazed male yellow color with a frothy whitte head, not muc lacing to speak of. Nose held some nice baking spice, oats and banana. Dry on the palate.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
(22oz bomber volume 7 thanks to bu11zeye) I must have liked this more than most. Opaque pale yellow with lasting film of bubbles. Nose of spices, grass, grains and floral. Taste of florals/perfume, nice sweetness, cinnamon, oily/creamy slick finish.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Saison thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a minimal head and a hazy golden body. Aroma of grapes, champagne, a bit musty, apple and bright spices. Taste is musty, dry and a little bit of fruit. Lively bubbles.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Light golden with minimal white head. Honey clove and banana to smell with some syrupy sugared fruit notes. Slightly cloying sweet with a light funked out barnyard touch but more muted than pronounced. A touch of caramel and vanilla with some slightly tart finishing taste.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bubblegum, banana, corn, wheat lemon on the nose. Well it looks like urine, pale Ýellow, hmmm. Awesome. Light lemon and bubblegum and corny notes. Very cream ale-y in some ways. Adjuncty notes linger. Carb is bitey, beer is not very good imo.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
22oz capped, thanks scrizzz. Clear golden with a touch o haze and a small tight white head. Wheat, lemon, bubble gum and precious corn. Light lemon tartness, yeasty farmhouse wheat...odd beer. It is like a hybrid of a cream ale, Belgian golden and a saison.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tepid gold, white head gone quick and then it looks like urine. Light honey and grain in the flavor, also some citrus. Very little farm character here. Same in the flavor, rather sweet with heavy citrus, light honey, minor wheat. A little thick and undercarbonated, but given the lack of farm, not surprising. Enjoyable, but if rating to style, this gets a D at best.
