Oct 3, 2006 Bottled. Pitch black colour, brown mediumsized head. Aroma is roasted malts, caramel and dark chocolate. Also lack coffee. Flavour is licorace, coffee, roasted malts and slight hoppy bitternes. Lovely brew.

Oct 2, 2006 Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival Black, no foam to mention. Sweet aroma of arabica coffee, chocolate sauce and almond paste. Full but a bit too clean flavour of chocoalte sauce, nougat, crackers and chocolate cream. Long aftertaste of cocoa, biscuit and dark chocolate.

Oct 1, 2006 Pours out a nice4 black color with a brown head. Aroma is very malty with big notes of coffee. Flavor is again very malty with a nice coffee finish. This is a very nice imp stout.

Sep 27, 2006 Updated: Dec 21, 2006Another great beer from Terrapin Beer Company! Pours a complete black in the glass with a 1-finger light brown head. Nose of strong black coffee, roasted malt and and hints of Liquid Smoke. Big bodied, thick and creamy mouth feel. Flavors of baker’s chocolate, espresso and cocoa. Enough hop presence to keep the tastes from getting too strong. Excellent!!!!!!
