Jul 20, 2004 This was my favorite beer of my visit to the tap room. Sparkling gold, streams of carbonation rising up to a short white head. FLoral and spicy in the nose. Body is thin yet bright; pale malt flavors, and a very spicy saaz finish that totally dries out. They used a generous amount of hops in this and no adjuncts as far as I could tell.
