Quack-Duck (1905), Bodensee, Germany Aug 17, 2007 bottle. Golden yellow, lovelly creamy head, which is very persistent. The aroma is somewhat metallic and dusty, but the flavour of the beer is very pleasant indeed. Full-bodied, malty and hoppy. Well-balanced. Slightly smoky; long-lasting and pleasantly hoppy finish and aftertaste.
