From Crosspoint. Pale yellowy haze topped with a subsiding billow of suds. Huge perfumed coriander, orange peel, lemon curd and citrus herb aroma. Slick and lively with a juicy lemon sherbet and lemongrass-like citrus character. Coriandered to death. Nose slightly hop-like. Just my kind of thing.

Bottle, Slightly cloudy with a small head. Lovely spicey flavour with a fruity finnish. Much more complex than most wheat beers. In fact its quite a gem.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Nose is bubblegum, some banana and sherbert. Taste is banana, cloves a touch of pepper to finish. The finish leaves a papery dry taste in the mouth which is not appealing. An OK beer, typically bland from huygenbrewery

Bottle. Pale gold colour, hazy with no head. Aroma of herbs. Taste is mild orange and herbs. Not a bad belgian wheat beer, just weak compared to others.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a cloudy light yellow with a plump fine foamy head. The aroma has the bubblegum I’d expect with some orange and spicy notes. The taste is light and smooth with a not unpleasant chemical kind of note. There is a citrus finish and an easy summery ale of the type - for me it is hard not to set it against Hoegaarden but great to get an easily sourced characterful alternative.

(750ml drank from a large Berliner Weisse goblet.
i had 3 big bottles in one everning and while its a solid Hoegaarden wannabe, i can think of 300 other Belgian beers id rather pass out drinking from. fruity nose , orange , tart green apple , peppery spice intertwined with wheatiness. on the palate sweet orange notes make way for spicy tart texture. would prefer a dryer finish and it feels sugary and this isnt cut of anywhere . A good witber all in all but with a few structural errors .

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Not a bad beer, don’t let the Tesco label put you off, it’s only selected by them, it’s actually brewed by a proper Belgian company... quite similar to Hoegaarden or Blue Moon. Aroma is orangey/clove like. Real strong orange elements to the taste with a trace of corriander. Pours a nice golden colour with a thin pale head. Nice slick mouth feel, not to rough or soft... this is an all round typical Belgian beer, nice to the tastebuds and not too tough on the wallet!

3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
750 ml bottle served cold. Aroma like someone burped stale bubblegum in your face. Hazy urine yellow colour with a thin white head. Usual witbier clove, bannana, and bubblegum flavour, and I detect a hint of aniseed. Thin and watery, but not actively unpleasant. Probably quite refreshing on a warm afternoon.
