Bottle. Hazy gold with a bubbly head. Aromas are spicy, warming ginger with lemon and brown sugar with grain. Hints of lime with floral notes. Flavours are peppery, spicy ginger with a decent burn. Sweet lemon and grain with soft drink sugar. More burn to finish. OK.

DruncanVeasey (6116) - NUNEATON, Blue Square Premier, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - FEB 28, 2013
Hissing, evanescent head like bathsuds when you drop the soap in. Pours dark orange-gold with no visible carbonation. Good shandy, pickled pink ginger aroma. Pleasant, shandy-like, (non-beer) ginger beer flavour with wooden spicy notes and a hint of heat. Finishes sweet, fizzy; a little dank, lingering with burn and natural ginger flavour. Really enjoyable.

Passable own brand ginger beer with enough aroma and taste to want to buy again.

Poured bright golden with very little head, Aroma is overwhelmingly ginger. Medium body, flavour is much as the aroma, not much sign of the citrus really. Quire refreshing,, but not exactly a session ale.
