COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Nitro Keg Ale and Canned Widget Ale. An export strength beer brewed specifically for countries outside the UK. It has the same smooth and creamy characteristics as Tetley’s Smoothflow and incorporates a full drinking flavour. It is well balanced with a complex range of malty and hoppy notes, enhanced by a fruity aroma. Like Tetley’s Smoothflow, it is served at 8°C to give extra refreshment.

Very thick head, due to the pressurized widget. Still enjoyable. I enjoyed it anyway. I guess you didn’t have to. But then again that’s what a great compromise is all about.

Stale aroma. Cloudy dark brown colour with thick creamy head. Nice malty sweetness with slightly hoppy bitterness to finish. Heavy creamy body with low carbonation.

Can. Backlog. Pours yellow gold with cream white head. Nose/taste of herbal notes, malt, light toast and touch of doughy grass. Medium body.

This one opened with a big rush of air and bubbles. It poured very foamy with loads of tiny little bubbles that slowly formed a thick, white and creamy head. Very cool looking! The body was a nice golden honey color with good clarity after it settled down. The aroma is light. Carmel malts and peach. The favor is buttery smooth and malty sweet up front. This fades to an odd watery and metallic middle that finishes with some herbal tea like hops. The palate is velvety smooth and medium bodied. Overall this is a grate looking beer but not much flavor.

Had on nitro draft. Smooth drinking beer. Not overly complex, but there is a little fruit on the nose. Malty on the palate, bready, and just a slightly sweet finish.

Bier komt pas na een aantal slokken goed los. Eerste impressie is neutraal, echter blijkt later de smaak beter tot zijn recht te komen. Mooie licht rode kleur en goede smaak van fruit, ietwat zuur.

This is a pretty basic ESB. VERY mild with a light straw appearance. Hops are grassy.

Real fermented cidery aroma. Dark cloudy chestnut visual with snowy dense head. Out of a smooth flow can, years and years old. Smells like grapes before it hits the lips. Quite bland except for that traditional bitters flavor. Not as skunky as some others. Exceptionally creamy. "Medium bodied, at best, with a creamy texture, fast finish, watery mid palate and some roast malts and yeasty and hint of bitterness."

Pretty weak flavored ale......initial first sips are bitter and then subside. Eventually turns to a lesser tasting beer ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
