Suttree (2275), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA Aug 20, 2006 Clear Pale yellow, thin soapy head. Mildy bread, mildly peppery aroma. Slightly fruity , slightly peppery, slightly bready flavor. overall, very mild & slight. This was the only one of their beer they had on draft when I was there. decaturstevo (1181), decatur, Tennessee, USA Jun 22, 2006 A light yellow beer with next to no head. A slight aroma of weak malt. A decent mouthfeel and caronation. Misses the paper taste of most of the style and has some flavor which is odd for the style. A very decent beer for the style. aracauna (2238), Georgia, USA Jun 12, 2005 After trying this, I was really looking forward to getting to the more promising styles in the lineup. Very pale yellow with no real head to speak of. Perfectly clear. The flavory is very crisp, big citrusy aspect with a nice touch of pilsner malt in the back. Low bitterness. No sign of any off flavors and as light as this one is, something would have shown up. Even after letting it warm, there wasn’t any of the foulness often found in macro lagers. PorterPounder (2810), Tallahassee, Florida, USA May 29, 2004 Clear appearance, no aroma, really no flavor to speak of. Closest approximation I can find is white grape juice. Misses the mark.
