UPDATED: MAY 12, 2013 On tap (a first for me sake wise) at the Draught House in ATX Nov 2012. Pours with a yellow hued body, good clarity, mild legs. Aromas are of honey, floral, estery, waxy, starchy, fruity. Pretty yeasty, but not heavy on Koji aromas. Flavors are nothing like traditional sakes. I don’t know if this was in good condition, or if this is the normal product. Sour, tart, fruity, waxy, starchy, lemony, lacto, sour cream. Some white wine like vinous notes. Very mild effervescence, decent body, but overall very rough.

Clear, creamy color. Butterscoth aroma. Very smooth. Light butterscotch and yeasty flavors with a very dry finish.
