Pours hazy yellow with a diminished white head. Yeasty and spiced aroma with a light hoppy note. Light spiced and caramelish dry malty. Shows a nice phenolic yeast note on the back of the nose and a dry spice note into the finish. Smooth, dry and nice. SaintMatty (1197), Tallinn, Estonia Jul 27, 2009 300ml Bottle - Hazy amber with a small head. Hoppy and fruity aroma with hints of pineapple and apricot. Fruity taste with syrup, pineapple, apricot and a hoppy and fairly bitter finish. Bosskie (106), Netherlands Jul 23, 2009 Baeutiful beer, well carbonated with a foamy, persistent head. The colour is copper hayish.
Typical Belgian triple smell: wholesome with lots of citrics and hints of soft sweetness. Salty.
Bitter-sour with subtle sweetness. A general acid feel that balances the fruitiness and saltiness quite well. I would almost go for peaches and pears with the fruitiness, though it’s rather undefined. I like this triple! Especially the fact that the taste and smell reminds me of the sea and this beer is made at one of the Dutch islands :-) note666 (282), Eindhoven, Netherlands Jul 12, 2009 09/07/11 300 ml bottle white head not to strong in taste, easy to drink fruity beer.
