An unclear orange beer with a small white head. The aroma is spicy with notes of coriander and peaches. The flavor is sweet spicy with cinnamon standing out.

Not a good Tripel. Very yeasty finish, which leaves an unpleasant palate that haunts you for hours. Qutie bitter as well.

Golden color with a white head. The taste is sweet with fruity patterns. Has light alcohol notes on the palate.

in my opion the best beer of this brewery, and also regarded as th best tripel of the netherlands by many people.Nice golden color, with nice foam which dissappear quite fast. Hoppy nose, hoppy palate with some fruity freshness aswell. Nice dry finish of hopps and a long aftertaste.

Bottle conditioned. Gold colour, moderate white head and moderate condition. Honey, malt alcohol and good level of hops in the nose. Tingle of hops on the tongue, sweet and slightly apple tangy with hints of coconut. Hop bitter and yeasty finish with a kick of alcohol at the end.

UPDATED: MAY 28, 2007 Golden orange coloured, dying head. Yeasty aroma. Spicy, sweet and a bit fruity flavour. Unbalanced indeed. Not great. Re-rate: tried a 2007 brew, way more balanced, although really yeasty.

Perfect description by jbrus. Exactly what i had in mind. For a triple this is definitely an inferior brew to almost all triples i know. It’s more a combination of a wheat and a triple.

Aroma smells ok, spicy. Beerlooks okay, notbrilliant, dying head, golden-orange colour. Taste is very alcoholic. Palate is crap, alcohol, bitter like a pilsener, not something you expect from a tripel. Never again.

UPDATED: JAN 14, 2004 Aroma has butter and a hint of hops. Yeasty, herbal taste. Butter and pine tree. Alcohol is badly hidden. Disappointing beer with an unclean taste. Re-rate: dirty peacharoma. Hopbitter and malty sweet flavor. Again a dirty palate and badly hidden alcohol. Bitter almonds in the aftertaste.
