Bottle. Pours a hazy brown/amber with a small light tan head that fades to a thin ring leaving some lacing. Aroma of pears, apples, and caramel. Taste is the same but with a bit of fusel alcohol. Medium full mouthfeel with a lighter then expected bitterness. Worth a try.

Not a fan of this beer. It smells like apple cider, so much so that when I asked my girlfriend what she thought I had in my glass she said apple cider after smelling it hitherto tasting it, to when she thought it was carbonated, fermented apple juice. Not a good ESB, but perhaps a good fruit beer, if you are a fan of the style ;).

Pours a watery looking reddish color. No head at all. Goes down super smooth like water. Taste has hints of caramel. Pretty good and very refreshing.

having this bottle at Bodega Brew Pub downtown La Crosse, Wisconsin USA. Poured with a nice foamy head that faded to light cover. Lovely dark mahogany color. Fragramt with port, sherry, dates, molasses, peaty, roasty, malty, ripe plums. Flavors the same but with a little carbonation sournes, yeast bitteness, and boozy characteristics that also stand out. nice body. good beer.

Aroma of caramel malts, light fruit, and a hint of earthiness. Amber color with a whitish head that diminished but laced. Starts with apple! Then some roasted malt. Sweetness and fruit. Not a great deal of hop. Yet the finish is something like dry, sharp apple. Apple!

Pours a hazy copper amber with a thin, wispy, spotty-lacing light tan head. Sweet, lightly fruity apple and caramel malty aroma. Body starts with a light fruity toffee sweetness and some earthy caramel and English hops toward the bittersweet finish. Has a slight tartness as well, but not over powering. A pretty interesting brew.

Poured a hazy copper color with a small corse off-white head. The aroma was doughy and yeasty. The flavor was malty of toffee with some hops and a tart finish. Not much bitterness on the end.
