Cask (gravity) at the Melton Mowbray CAMRA festival 2005. Looked like Irn Bru, smelt like freshly peeled apples, tasted like heaven. Just a touch of tart, and we all know just a touch is enough ;)

Cask at The Coach & Horses, Evesham, Worcs. Blood Orange colour, cloudy, still. Dry appely cider, slightly on the bitter side with a finishing tartness. One of the better cask ciders.

Cask conditioned - handpump - Malt Shovel Northampton. A pinky orange low carbonated cider. The aroma is full of appleskins. The taste is on the dry side of medium and is clean, apply and tasty.

From a gravity cask at Tucker’s Grave. Beautiful pink-orange cloudy cider, fantastic looking. Bright apple aroma, some Brett funk, almost still. Flavour is semi-tart, apple, Brett with a semi-sweet finish.

Draught @ Volunteer, Chipping Campden. Body is hazy light yellow. Aroma is lightly yeasty (barnyard), with a note of apple. Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic. Light to medium body, watery texture, flat carbonation. An ok rustic cider, but nothing special to me.
