Comments: Incredible product, kind of a guilty product in my case. It is straight atomic orange – sunset coloured and absolutely glowing. Just can’t be natural, but delicious grapefruit rind flavours. Totally unique and different despite the gimmick around it and still firmly tannic.

Cask (gravity) at the Melton Mowbray CAMRA festival 2005. Looked like Irn Bru, smelt like freshly peeled apples, tasted like heaven. Just a touch of tart, and we all know just a touch is enough ;)

Stillage @ The Rake, november 07. Deep, hazy, shinny orange color. Orange marmalade, musty aroma wth some very slight blasamic and lemony notes. Orange/ apples flavor with some mineral components. Really nice. Mouthfeel is medium, satiating, refreshing and very balanced. Excellent cider that reminds me of faro.

From a gravity cask at Tucker’s Grave. Beautiful pink-orange cloudy cider, fantastic looking. Bright apple aroma, some Brett funk, almost still. Flavour is semi-tart, apple, Brett with a semi-sweet finish.

Pinkish-red colour and cloudy. Bright apple aroma. Fruity, with lots of apple skin, providing a light tannin balance. Juicy, and has a relatively sweet finish. Quite complex.

Cask. A red cider - like Mette’s former hair color. The aroma is dominated by apples, but also with a light note of vinegar. The flavor is sweet and is dominated by apples, leading to a tart finish.

Cask in 3 Judges. Pours an amazing bright orange/reddy colour. Honestly looks like sahti but not as muddy. Aroma is sweet and sour apples, spicey and soem nutty citric acid bite. Taste is similar very drinkable stuff. Really nice.

A bright orange, cloudy and still cider. A fairly potent apple fruit aroma, plus a little sourness. The taste is on the dryer side of medium, with plenty of mouth puckering sour apple flavours. A dry finish. (Cask - The Fox & Hounds, Heacham, Norfolk).
