Cask Conditioned at The Tite Inn, Chadlington. Golden, still, no head. My best cider to date, this is a dry, sharp cider with an acidic bramley apple note. Not overwhelming in flavour, just a steady refreshing drink.

Jun 30, 2006 Dry from Plastic Keg @ Square & Compass, Worth Matravers. Light bodied dry cider. No roughness as expected from thatchers but not much happening. 3.2
<!-- br -->Medium from plastic keg @ Greyhound Inn Beer Festival, Corfe Castle. Fuller than the dry with fruitiness. Unusually for me I just prefered this to the dryer cider. 3.3
