Medium gold with a thin, fizzy, disappearing white head. Smells of fresh red apples. Medium thin body with soft carbonation. Sweet at first with some light acidity in the middle and a woody dry finish. Has some rustic edges. Though not complex, it is very enjoyable.

Clean green/gold in colour, nice light sparkle. Lovely clean appley aroma is very appealing. Mouthfilling flavour of fresh apples (funnily enough) again clean and very well balanced, dryish with a refreshing streak of acidity, good reasonable strength that wont knock you out.

500ml bottle. Pours a clear, darkish gold, with fine trailing bubbles. The aroma is sweet and fruity, but with a hint of leather and cheese lurking at the back. Tart, refreshing fruit dominates the initial flavour, flowing into a smooth, sweeter finish, although with some tart apple skin and leather in there. A fairly light example of the English style, making it extremely easy-drinking, but with some interest to liven it up. This would be a great session drink, especially on a hot summer evening.

Bottle from Sainsburys. Pretty dull forgettable cider, although smooth and very easy to drink on a warm evening.
