Commercial Description:
This cider is made from the single apple variety called Katy, and is a soft sparkling, medium dry cider at 7.4% abv. The full fruity flavor of the apple is retained as the cider matures in oak vats to produce a deliciously cool and refreshing drink.

Bottle @ Marble Arch, Manchester.
Pours clear golden with a small, off-white film head. Aroma has light sulpuric notes and sweet red apples. High prickly carbonation, fair, but rather thin mouthfeel. Flavour is quite sweet, red apples, a bit vinious and sugary. Imperial Somersby? Okay, it ain’r that bad...

0.5 l bottle from Alko. Light golden color with spritzy appearance. Vinous and acidic aroma reminding chardonnay. Sweetish and acidic apple flavor with firm chardonnay note. Some tannic astringency in the palate. Not highly complex, but still fairly pleasant vinous cider.

I too had this off Kylie Pants Dribble Cushion. Again, a bit too sweet for my liking. Like a monkey riding a bike. I suppose I should not talk about something I know nothing about. It Could have been nice.
