0.5 l bottle at Vihreä Haltiatar, Jyväskylä. Very pale golden color with no head. Acidic apple aroma. Apple skin, wood and cork in the flavor with hints of cherry and cinnamon. Sweetish at first followed by fruity, woody and fairly astringent finish.

<i> Bottle from Sainsburys </i> Pale golden colour, aroma initially a bit sacchriny sweet but this may still be my nose being assaulted by the Kopparberg my friend was bravely drinking &#40;I warned them about drinking such a drainpour&#41;There were some juicy apples as well. I really quite like these single varietal ciders from Thatchers and have drinked just about all of them, though may have to revisit them to rate, this one isn’t my favourite though as I find it’s lacking a bit. Refreshing crisp and sharper than I recalled but certainly not in the premier league of ciders.

Regularly available in supermarkets both in Cambridgeshire and further afield. Sharp, dry cider of a quality rarely matched in bottled ciders in the UK. An acquired taste, perhaps, but there’s a lot in the finish if you give it a chance

Bottle. Very pale cider with a fairly acidic nose and a quite weak apple flavour. Overall a very gentle and slightly poor cider.

Bottled. Very pale and a little thin tasting, I like my ciders with the bits left in. Still, although there are better apples to make cider from, this si still a decent enough bottle compared to macro chav swill.
