3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
hazy gold, thin white ring. Lightly buteric nose, tons of grapefruit and white wine, faintly woody. Lightly sweet white wine front reminiscent of Southampton peconic, fizzy with moderate wheat with more citrus through the blurry end, too much sweetness and carbonation.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
One of the highlights of the Epic Sour Tasting. Pours cloudy orange with great head and lacing. Coriander, some Belgian yeast. Some apple, finishes a little sweet with a little sourness. Really tastes like a Belgian strong, or quad, with some sourness. Citrus, good balance. Bottle thanks to Mr. Chopin at Epic Sour Tasting.

Big thanks to that jerk MrChopin for bringing this to the tasting! Mostly clear golden pour, small fizzy head. Really great apricot, earthy cheesecloth, woody zippiness, drying citrus to counteract, in part, the higher alcohol. Booze well hidden. I’m down with it.
