4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Thanks for bringing this guy over Todd, been interested in trying Ale Apothecary fr a little while now. Pours a light orange in color with two fingers worth of bretty, frothy head. Really nice brett forward nose, itís dry, lemony, apricot, and very saison-like in nature. Flavor has a lot of similarties to the nose, itís not as dry or tart, itís a little sweeter, but still very crisp and saison-like. There is a light honey flavor to it, almost like a nice biere de garde. Very clean and lightly tart. Light to moderate mouthfeel, gentle carbonation, no acidity, and a moerate finish. Really, really nice beer. Iív been going back to smelling it a ton, it has a really nice farmhouse character to it reminiscent of Logsdon and HIll Farmstead. Incredibly crushable at 9.3%, this guy can sneak up on you if youíre not careful. Definitely looking forward to whatís to come from Ale Apothecary in the coming months/years.

4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle from a trade with a friend. Shared with Dan and Sean at the Pig. Pours a lovely yellowish-gold with just a tinge of haze. Small white head formed and lasted with nice varied lacing. Aroma was fruits like white grapes, pears, peaches and nectarines. Also a slight funky-bretty aroma as well. The taste was so damned good. All of the fruits on the nose come through nicely and well balanced. The mild funk and tartness from the wild yeasts hit you on the finish. Modestly dry finish and light body overall. I loved it!!

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tasted at a bottle share in a hotel room after the most recent Jackie-Oís bottle release. Hazy darker golden color. Hazy with tons of fine particles in the body. Thin white head. Some loose dots of lace. Funky bruised fermented citrus aromas. Bigger body. Smooth, lighter carbonation. Lightly slick. More sweet than sour. OK wild ale. A lot of yeast character.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle: Poured a hazy golden color ale with a relatively large foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma consists of vinous notes with some tart notes clearly identifiable. Taste is a mix between some vinous notes with some tart notes and light funky yeast undertones. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Very solid mix between complex Brett notes with well-balanced acidity level.

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bright lemon color, copious amounts of head & lace. Absurd stickiness all over my glass. Beautiful.
Smells like magic: so yeasty/grassy/funky, plenty sour, Brett galore. All of this bleeds onto the palate, assaulting my tongue with salvos of flavor. Damn, this may be the best Brett beer I've had yet. Super impressed.
